The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, December 19 reveals Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will remind Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) he doesn’t take kindly to threats.
Also coming up, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will ask Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) for help. Plus, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will tell Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) to get rid of Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). And Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will name her price.
Y&R spoilers tease Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will tell Phyllis he knows she means well, but her schemes never come out the way she hopes. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will show up and Phyllis will ask her if her wife’s coming home soon. She’ll say she got news and it’s not promising.

Daniel will get up and tell Phyllis they have to go. So, Phyllis will send a text to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), saying they need to meet. Billy will show up and Phyllis will say she wants them to sign over Marchetti over to her daughter. “That’s the price if you want me to stop Victor.”
Meanwhile, Diane will meet up with Michael and tell him he might be Jabot’s only hope. “Jabot will fall if we don’t stop Victor, I’m asking you to be on the right side of this.” Michael will say he is, he’s just not sure what he can do. Diane will say they need to get hold of the AI software. “It’s an abomination,” Michael will reply.
Diane will say all they need is proof that Victor has the software. “We can stop Victor from doing something he’ll regret.” Michael will say he’ll do what he can. So, he’ll call Victor and ask what’s going on with Jabot. “None of your business,” Victor will reply and hang up.
At the park, Matt will meet with Annie. She’ll say she found out where Sienna’s staying. Matt will tell her to get Sienna alone and take care of her. Annie will suggest he cut his losses and move on. But he’ll say he’s not going to let Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and their homewrecking son get away with ruining his life.
Speaking of Sharon, she’ll ask Sienna and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) if they’ve heard from Nick and he’ll say no. “Where could Nick be?” she’ll ask. Then she’ll go on, at length, about how evil Matt is, as if Noah, Sienna, and viewers, aren’t aware of it.
Eventually, Sharon will decide to head to the office, with a security detail. She’ll tell them to stay put and not take any risks. Noah will promise they will but then he’ll suggest they go out. They’ll end up at Crimson Lights and Sienna will say she can’t believe he ditched their security.

Later, Sharon will return home and see a message from Noah saying he took Sienna for a drive. Nick will show up and say he was looking at CCTV footage. He’ll tell her Matt’s in town, along with the dirty cop. There’ll be a knock on the door and it’ll be Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen). Sharon will say they owe him so much for helping their son.
Then Nick will call Noah, who is at the lookout with Sienna. He’ll tell his son he should have stayed put. But he’ll also advise him to be careful. Foolishly, he won’t tell Noah he has proof Matt is in town. Minutes later, Annie will knock Noah over the head, point a gun at Sienna and tell her she’s coming with her.
At the ranch, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Victor he just ran into Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), who said he would burn Jabot to the ground before he’d let him do any more damage. Victor will say good, let him. Then Nikki will show up and ask to speak to Victor alone.
Finally, once Adam leaves, Victor will ask what she wants to talk to him about. “Two things,” Nikki will reply. “Jack and Jabot. And your relentless need to destroy them both.” She’ll tell him he’s gone too far and at Christmas time.
“I can’t think of a better Christmas present,” Victor will reply. But Nikki will say she doesn’t understand how he can revel in destroying a family. “How do you think we would have felt, if you’d died during that night of debauchery!” Victor will shout. Nikki will say she wants him to make a public apology and give her the AI program so she can have it destroyed.
Victor will ask what happens if he doesn’t give her what he wants. Nikki will say if he doesn’t end this war immediately, she’ll leave him. “I don’t take kindly to threats, not even from you,” Victor will shout. “You want out, there’s the door! Get out!”
